1. Scope of Returns and Exchanges

Our policy is highly selective and is designed to ensure you receive products in perfect condition.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges are ONLY permitted in the event that a damaged or incorrect product has been delivered to you.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

Incorrect size or fit (unless the incorrect item was shipped).

Minor color differences due to monitor variations.

Damage caused by the customer after delivery.

2. Notification Period (3-Day Limit)

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, you MUST notify us within a strict window:

Procedure: To initiate a return, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product or the incorrect item received.

Requests made after this 3-day notification window will not be entertained.

4. Processing the Claim

Review: Our team will review the evidence provided within 2-3 business days.

Resolution: If the claim is verified (i.e., we confirm the product was damaged during transit or an incorrect item was shipped):

We will provide instructions for returning the item (if necessary) at our cost.

We will process an exchange for the correct, non-damaged product, or issue a full refund for the price of the product, based on availability and your preference. the exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 days 

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after the returned item (if required) is received and inspected by our warehouse.

5. Important Conditions

Products must be returned in the original condition they were received, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

The determination of whether a product is "damaged" or "incorrect" is at the sole discretion of URBANBAZAAR ESSENTIAL LLP.
